By placing an order with HotColdTub.com, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all customers within the United States.
1. Order Cancellation Within 24 Hours
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, with no fees applied.
2. Cancellation After 24 Hours (Before Shipment)
If a cancellation request is made after the initial 24-hour window but prior to shipment, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
This fee reflects non-recoverable costs such as payment processing and early-stage production, as many of our saunas are made to order.
3. Cancellation After Shipment
If your order has already been shipped, cancellations will be subject to the following:
Round-trip shipping costs (based on actual freight rates depending on size and weight)
20% cancellation fee (calculated from the product price)
4. Returns After Delivery (Change of Mind or Incorrect Order)
If you decide to return a product after receiving it, or if an incorrect item was ordered:
A return request must be submitted and approved in advance
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both directions)
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 72 hours
Provide clear photos or videos as evidence
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or reshipment at no additional cost
If damage is not reported within 24 hours, it may be considered to have occurred after delivery, and standard return conditions (including fees) may apply.
6. Return Window
We accept return or exchange requests within 30 days after receiving the product, subject to the conditions outlined above.
Important Notes
All returns require prior authorization. Items must be returned to our designated warehouse address provided during the authorization process.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Any costs or losses resulting from unapproved returns will be the responsibility of the customer
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.m
DISPUTES
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any www.HotColdTub.com Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by www.HotColdTub.com will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement. There is no judge or jury in arbitration, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages), and must follow the terms of these Conditions of Use as a court would.
To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to our Attorney In Fact at: attorney@HotColdTub.com The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules. The AAA’s rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA’s rules. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live or at another mutually agreed location. We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
APPLICABLE LAW
By using any HotColdTub.com Service, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of New York, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and HotColdTub.com
HOW TO SERVE A SUBPOENA OR OTHER LEGAL PROCESS
HotColdTub.com accepts service of subpoenas or other legal process only through HotColdTub.com™’s Attorney In Fact at the following address: attorney@HotColdTub.com
